llustration work for the short story „Eiland“ written by Anne Marijn Koppen. A real project, exhibited at Büchergilde bookshop at Wittenbergplatz in Berlin. The challenge was to create first illustrations just by reading the original story in Dutch and guessing what it tells. After that we were able to read the story in German. I created these final illustrations regarding both versions of interpretations.
